Welcome to Wo Lamhe! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Personalized Products

    • All our products are custom-made based on the photos and details provided by you. Please ensure the images and text you upload are correct, as we are not responsible for errors submitted by customers.

  2. Orders & Payments

    • All orders must be prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded (except in cases mentioned in our Refund Policy).

  3. Processing & Delivery

    • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

    • Delivery time is usually 7-10 business days, depending on location and courier services.

    • Delays due to courier partners, natural causes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

  4. Returns & Refunds

    • Since products are personalized, returns are not accepted.

    • Replacements are only provided in cases of damage, misprints, or defects, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

  5. Customer Responsibility

    • It is your responsibility to upload high-quality, clear images and accurate details. Low-quality or incorrect inputs may affect the final product, for which Wo Lamhe is not liable.

  6. Use of Services

    • Our products are intended for personal use only. Any misuse of our services or images is strictly prohibited.

  7. Policy Updates

    • Wo Lamhe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.
