At Wo Lamhe, we take special care in preparing and dispatching your personalized products. Please read our shipping policy below:

1. Processing & Dispatch Time

   • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after confirmation.

   • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

   • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

3. Shipping Charges

   • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

   • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.

5. Order Cancellations

   • As each order is custom-made, cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed.

6. Delays

   • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
