Return and Refund Policy – Wo Lamhe
At Wo Lamhe, every product is custom-made with your memories, and we handle each order with care. Since our items are personalized, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items
All our products (Polaroids, photo strips, frames, magnets, etc.) are custom-made and therefore non-returnable once an order is placed. -
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost. -
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or if any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will ensure the correct items are sent to you. -
Customer Responsibility
Please double-check the photos and details you upload (image quality, resolution, spelling, etc.). We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors in the files or text provided by the customer. -
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances. Otherwise, all sales are final.
